Going back to where it all started, seniors at Sycamore High School visited their old elementary schools on Wednesday.
At Blue Ash Elementary, seniors got off the bus in their graduation cap and future college's T-shirt.
They were greeted by a parade of their old teachers and current elementary students giving them a big round of applause.
Then the students were able to go visit their old classrooms and give some advice to the younger kids.
School administrators say this is a way to say a final goodbye to where they got their start.
Students say it's an emotional reunion.
"It's kind of overwhelming. Like, we used to be these little kids. We used to be here, and now we're 18 and starting our lives. I'm just excited," said senior Alex Patton. "It's very sentimental. I remember being in this exact classroom raising butterflies, and I asked her about it and she (was) telling me about how they were doing that earlier in the year. And that was just really weird because as soon as I walked (in) it brought back all these flashback, like I could see the butterflies."
For many seniors, they didn't realize just how big they've gotten since the last time they roamed the halls.
"It's crazy to come in here because I definitely don't remember this way because I was like that big, and it's crazy being like so big and realizing you were so small, and being in the same room and seeing the same faces was really cool," said Kate Dunn.
Students were able to play in the music room and on the playground.
Sycamore High School's graduation is on Saturday.
